Dispensing:

1. Add a back plug to the dispensing tube to obtain a more stable dispensing amount;

2. The recommended dispensing temperature is 30-35°C;

3. When dispensing the hose, please use a special glue dispensing machine for dispensing to prevent air bubbles from being mixed in the glue.

Squeegee: The recommended squeegee temperature is 30-35°C.

Note: After the red gum is removed from the refrigerated environment, it cannot be opened before it reaches room temperature. To avoid contaminating the original product, do not return any used adhesive to its original packaging.

4. The process of red glue:

1) Printing method: SMT stencil engraving holes should be determined according to the type of parts, the performance of the substrate, its thickness and the size and shape of the holes. Its advantages are fast speed and high efficiency.

2) Dispensing method: Dispensing is to use compressed air to point red glue on the substrate through a special dispensing head. The size and number of glue points are controlled by parameters such as time and pressure tube diameter. The dispensing machine has flexible function. For different parts, we can use different dispensing heads, set parameters to change, and also change the shape and quantity of glue points to achieve the best effect. The advantages are convenience, flexibility and stability. The disadvantage is that it is easy to have wire drawing and air bubbles. We can adjust the operating parameters, speed, time, air pressure, and temperature to minimize these shortcomings.

3) Needle rotation method is to immerse a special needle film into a shallow plastic plate. Each needle has a glue point. When the glue point touches the substrate, it will break away from the needle. The amount of glue can be determined by the shape and diameter of the needle. to change.

5. Typical curing conditions:

Note: 1. The higher the curing temperature and the longer the curing time, the stronger the bonding strength.

2. Since the temperature of the patch adhesive will vary with the size of the substrate part and the mounting position, it is recommended to find out the most suitable hardening conditions (curing curve).

6. Storage of red gum: It can be stored for 7 days at room temperature, more than 6 months at less than 5°C, and more than 30 days at 5~25°C.

7. Management of red gum:

Because red gum is affected by temperature and has its own viscosity, fluidity, and wetting properties, so red gum must have certain conditions of use and standardized management.

1) Red glue must have a specific serial number, which is numbered according to the quantity, date, and type of feed.

2) Red glue should be stored in a refrigerator at 2~8°C to prevent the characteristics from being affected by temperature changes.

3) Red glue should be warmed up at room temperature for 4 hours and used in the order of first in first out.

4) For the dispensing operation, the red glue in the hose should be defoamed, and the unused red glue should be stored in the refrigerator. Old glue and new glue cannot be mixed.

5) To accurately fill in the temperature recovery record form, the temperature recovery person and the temperature recovery time, the user needs to confirm that the temperature recovery is OK before using it.

Generally, red gum cannot be used beyond its expiry date.
