Introduction to plug-in machines
A plug-in machine is a mechanical device that automatically inserts some regular electronic components (i.e., “automatic plug-in machines”) into the conductive holes of a printed circuit board.

Condition requirements
Environmental requirements: Temperature: 15 ℃~35 ℃.
Humidity: not greater than 75% RH.
Requirements for compressed air: pressure 90PSI, flow rate 2.75, air quality: clean and dry.
Requirements for electricity: AC: 2000/230V 6.25A 50/60HZ.
Requirements for working PCB boards:
1. Size: 100× 80mm-480× 400mm thickness=0.8-2.36mm.
2. There are positioning holes parallel to the horizontal axis of the machine workbench.
3. The screen printing is clear and does not deviate from the hole position.
Operation method
1. Workwear cuffs require cuffs, work shoes should be slip resistant, and high heels should not be worn.
2. When working next to the rear material stack of the machine, the STOP key must be pressed to make it light up.
3. Female workers are required to wear a headscarf and have their long hair curled up. Male workers are not allowed to wear a tie and are prevented from entering the machine during work.
4. The machine is operated by one person and it is strictly prohibited for multiple people to operate simultaneously.
5. During work, use both hands to mount and dismount the board. When repairing components inside the machine, use pliers or tweezers (axial components). Cooperate with both hands and operate the control panel after leaving the plug-in area.
6. Before starting the machine, be sure to remove all tools and debris from the machine workbench.
7. It is prohibited to put any items on the workbench during work to avoid damaging the machine.
8. If the machine suddenly stops for unknown reasons during work, do not extend your hand below the plug head.
9. When there is a plug-in error in normal production, do not extend your hand under the plug-in head.
10. For automatic loading and unloading machines, it is prohibited to reach under the feeding bridge during normal production.
11. Understand the movement area of the machine’s tabletop to prevent collisions.
Maintenance and upkeep
Maintain the stability and accuracy of the equipment, extend its lifespan, and maintain its high efficiency and high-quality output.
1. Daily maintenance
Check the machine for loose, damaged, or missing components.
Check if all indicator lights and buttons of the machine are normal.
Check the filtration condition of the air filter cup and remove water or debris.
Check if the air pressure is 60-90PSI.
Clean and lubricate the X and Y guide rods (10 # oil).
Check the fastening of the rotating table guide wheel.
Check the rectangular condition of the rotating table.
Clean and lubricate the insert head tool and cylinder rod (using 5 # oil).
Clean, inspect, and lubricate the movement points of the foot clipper (using 5 # oil).
Clean the BEC lens with a clean soft cloth.
2. Weekly maintenance
Check and clean the filter screen in the I/O box.
Check the oil level of the compressed air filter and oil mist filter, and check the oil drip rate of the oil mist filter (1 drop/3 minutes).
Clean and lubricate the X and Y guide rods of the positioning system, and lubricate and clean the guide rod sleeve (using 10 # oil).
Clean and lubricate the X and Y screw rods (using blue oil).
Clean, inspect, and lubricate the plug-in tools, drive rod connection points, shafts, and other moving parts (using 5 # oil).
Check the wear of the cutting and shearing knives, clean and lubricate the shear foot mechanism.
Check the correction ability of BEC.
3. Monthly maintenance
Clean and lubricate the locking mechanism of the rotating table (using 5 # oil).
Clean and lubricate the upper and lower drive shafts (white oil) of the plug.
Lubricating the plug-in head screw (321 oil).
Lubricating the screw rod of the foot clipper (321 oil).
4. Annual maintenance
Clean, inspect, and lubricate the entire plug-in head.
Clean, inspect, and lubricate the entire foot clipper. Replace all O-rings every six months.
