MARK point introduction
MARK point introduction
The MARK point is the alignment point used for positioning the PCB board when it is attached to the stencil for printing. It is also called the reference point.
MARK dots and half-marks are generally suitable for machine alignment. The printing machine has its own photo-taking optical device for identification. Therefore, if the customer uses the stencil for fully automatic printing, the MARK point needs half a moment.
MARK point through holes are generally suitable for manual alignment. In semi-automatic or manual printing, the stencil pairs are manually aligned with the naked eye, so the stencil MARK points must be half-marked.
Note: The red glue net must be marked with MARK points;
When making MARK points on the solder paste net, it depends on whether there is a corresponding point on the PCB board. If there is no corresponding point on the PCB board, this option is invalid.
