SMT laser mesh FPC type
FPC, which means flexible circuit board in Chinese, is a flexible printed circuit board with high reliability and good performance made of polyimide or polyester film.
Features: high wiring density, light weight, thin thickness, good bending
FPC can be divided into the following six categories: single panel, common double-sided panel, single panel generated by base plate, double-sided panel generated by base plate, multi-layer board, and soft-hard combination board.
Single panel:
After the completion of the circuit, the single-sided PI copper clad plate material is used to cover a layer of protective film to form a flexible circuit board with only a single layer of conductor.
Ordinary double-sided board:
After the completion of the double-sided circuit, a layer of protective film is added to the two sides of the double-sided PI copper plate material to form a circuit board with double-layer conductors.
Substrate generates single panel:
In the circuit manufacturing process, using pure copper foil material, a protective film is added on both sides of the circuit respectively to form a circuit board with only a single layer of conductor but exposed on both sides of the circuit board.
Base plate generates double-sided board:
Two layers of single-sided PI copper-coated sheet material are used in the middle of which is supplemented by adhesive with a window opening at a specific location to form a double-sided conductor circuit board with a two-layer separation structure in the local area to achieve a circuit board with high flexibility in the layered area.
Multi-layer board:
With single-sided PI copper-coated sheet material and adhesive as the basic material, the circuit board with multi-layer conductor structure can be designed as a partial layer structure to achieve the purpose of high flexibility by using a process similar to the process of generating double-sided plates with the substrate.
Soft and hard combination board:
The flexibility of the soft board and the support of the hard board are combined to form a diversified circuit board.
