I made a rough summary

There are three situations for customers who need to see files:

One: The file cannot be opened, and customer service needs to open it for confirmation.

Two: The clerk or purchase order will not place an order due to lack of understanding of the steel mesh, so it is necessary to give an order suggestion based on the document.

Three: The customer needs to make some modifications to the opening.

Of course, first of all, we must confirm that the documents received by the customer service need to confirm with them whether they are the documents that need to be stenciled. this point

Some customers made mistakes in the stencil precisely because they did not understand the stencil and were not familiar with the documents. As far as I know so far, there are

The stencils are made smaller, some have wrong craftsmanship, and some do not match the version number (the files are similar, but the version is different, and some are slightly adjusted)

In this case, whether you do not understand the steel mesh or need to confirm the special opening, you must first confirm the file. Physical boards can be requested

Take a screenshot of the customer service and check the actual product. If you don’t understand the order, you can ask the production department or the patch manufacturer.

Our current practice is to make according to the document. Since we don’t know the production situation of each customer, the unified thing is to do it according to a standard. Then it is very important for customers to confirm their orders. According to their own production conditions, they place orders for stencils in order to make affordable and easy-to-use stencils.
