The following summarizes several requirements for wave soldering equipment maintenance time, for your reference.
1. Flux nozzle is generally required a maintenance weekly , including the inside of the thimble and spring, and better smear some of the red oil;
2. In the preheating zone, the above residue should be cleaned every month, which can effectively avoid the gap between the actual temperature and the set value;
3.The Tin furnace is best cleaned every day, which can effectively reduce the production of tin slag, for the shaft can be cleaned twice a week;
4.The chains are best cleaned as long as you have free time. Not only have a neat appearance, but also can prevent tin slag and flux residues from being left everywhere.
5. The flux exhaust vent should be cleaned at least once every half month to prevent the flux odor from being extracted and mixed with the temperature in the preheating zone which is prone to fire.
6.Tin stove should also be cleaned once a month to avoid clogging of peaks and failure to get out;
7. The tin liquid shaft must be maintained once every six months to prevent the motor from cannot being driven and lead to the wave peaks failure to get out (this requires professionals);
8. The hydraulic shaft on the protective window must also be refueled once every month to prevent the hydraulic shaft from being damaged;
9.Electric Distribution box is best checked once a year by equipment maintenance personnel.
